Project Description

• Diffusion coatings created by Trinity Coatings, LLC are created by heating the component coated with aluminum based coating in a furnace.  The aluminum reacts with nickel in the superalloy to form diffusion coatings that offer excellent hot oxidation resistance.  The nickel-aluminum intermetallic formed provides an adherent protective scale.
