Machining and Grinding

Many coatings require machining or grinding.  In most cases Trinity Coatings, LLC can provide the following services in-house: remove old coatings, undercut for coatings, and machine or grind to size after coating.

• (6) Horizontal Lathes (up 144” length)
• (3) Vertical Lathes (up to 144” in diameter)
• (4) Knee Mills
• (2) Horizontal Mills (up to 160” in diameter)
• Cylindrical Grinder (up to 14” in diameter and up to 110” length)
  • Diamond polishing to less than 2 µin Ra
• ID grinding (up to 18” ID)
• Surface grinding (up to 36”)
