Project Description

• Trinity Coatings can provide numerous specialty air spray coating that are oven cured.  We apply Alseal ™, Everlube ™ Ever-Slik ™, Whitford ™, and other specialty cured coatings.
  • Dry film lubricating coatings
    • Reduce friction and resist galling between mating surfaces.
    • Include Moly, Graphite, and Xylan coatings.
    • We utilize Everlube ™, Ever-Slik ™, and Whitford ™ coating.
  • Phenolic coatings
    • Baked on phenolic coatings are resistant to most chemicals and withstand temperatures up to 400°F.
    • We utilize Heresite ™ phenolics.
  • PTFE coating
    • Coatings containing PTFE are used to reduce friction and resist fouling. Used on rotating equipment to prevent particulate fouling that can reduce flow and efficiency. Can be very beneficial to centrifugal and axial compressors with fouling issues. Can be used up to 500°F.
  • High Temperature Compressor Coatings
    • Aluminum based coatings used in compressors and other types of turbomachinery.
    • Corrosion protection to 1100°F.Oxidation protection to 1600°F.
    • Utilize Alseal ™ products similar to Sermatel ® 5380 DP ™ and GE GECC-1 ™
